I have an auditor looking for bank reconciliation reports from years past. Whenever i try doing a Bank Reconciliation Report and choose "Cleared Documents Only" i get no data. When i look a the BR_Transaction database i see that there are no entries where the CLEARED BANK variable is "Y". Is there another database that stores this information or are the entries deleted once they are cleared? If they are cleared, why do they give the option of printing "Cleared Documents Only"? Basically they are looking for when these entries were cleared. Thank you in advance for your help.
