2013 Advanced on server 2012, Windows 8.1; CSODBC is running as a service under domain admin account, and is enabled in User Maintenance. Client procedure is to select the Export Option from the Sales Order Printing window, then selecting a location on a different server, which is a mapped drive on their workstation. When they get to the screen where they select the location to store the document, their mapped drives do not show up. They do show up in Windows Explorer. Any ideas about why that is occurring?
