I have a client who has created a VI Import Job relating to AR Invoice Header Import. They have multiple companies set up using Sage 2013. The VI Import job works perfect in 2 of the companies but they receive the following message when they try to Run the Job. "Error 200 Line 18. An unexpected error occurred in VIWIOT during import Error:200". Upon trying the same function the screen goes black and no messages appear. I have verified Security Rights in Roles and Users, tried alternate computers and logins with users who have higher access, created a new job. I have searched the internet and the knowledge base and have not found any errors like or even similar to this one. Any suggestions? Thank you.
