One of the things I have noticed in 2013 and 2014 is that the Icon in the start menu does not also put the green Sage Icon in place when you do a workstation install. You just get the white box. In some very rare situations, the Sage Icon is there from the start. Normally, I just right click on icon, ask for properties, click the change Icon button and select it and that's the end of it. I'm finding on a Windows 8 machine that, it appears that the icon is changed (you see it before exiting the properties screen) but if you exit the properties screen, the Sage Icon is not saved. It will give a warning that someone with administrator rights must ok this but the user is an administrator of the computer and it never prompts for anything other than just this warning. Not the most pressing problem ever, but it would be nice for the client to see the icon.
