100 Advanced 2014. I look up and inventory item and go to the History tab. I can see that a qty of items was sold for a particular month. When I highlight that month, I get the drill down button that appears on the right of the window just under the Year field. I click that drilldown button and see the related transactions. Awesome. BUT... I do that exact same thing for a different Item and the Drilldown button does not appear and so I cannot open up the list of related transactions. I can find the related transactions in other ways, for example through Invoice History Inquiry, or thru the Customer Inquiry. So the QUESTION is... What triggers that drilldown button to appear or not? If the transactions exist in data, why would the button appear in some cases but not others? Thanks!
