After upgrading a client from V4.5 to Sage 2014 (now using Crystal 2011), the dynamic parameter list (item codes) on our custom reports do not display the complete list. I am aware of the registry change regarding the MaxRowRecords key that needs to be created in the HKey_Current_User\Software\Business Objects\Suite 11.5\Crystal Reports\Database Options\LOV section of the registry. We have done that on several workstations, and rebooted the workstations, but the list still displays only the first 1000 records. There is no Business Objects folder under HKey_Local_Machine\Software. I actually tried creating the key on one workstation from Business Objects on down, but that did not resolve the issue. Is there something different that needs to be done with Crystal 2011? Thanks in advance for your replies.
