Is it possible to modify the next button in item inquiry so that it skips over any inactive items? I have several users that utilize the next button heavily rather than performing a new lookup or using the Zoom button to open a separate window for each result. I can't delete the items since I need to retain some of the history and I found out the hard way merging ruins my history (by showing the current item number rather than the original item number in A/R invoice history). It seems my only option is to mark it as an inactive item, which I can filter out using a custom lookup but it still appears when using the next/back arrows. I would prefer to have it only change item inquiry and not item maintenance. Any suggestions?
