Hi Loretta, So when you say no detail it makes me think that your upper grid is showing data but the lower grid, which should be showing detail of what is selected in the upper grid, is not. Is this the case or is the upper grid blank as well? I'm not sure why that might matter, but it could help troubleshoot. What is the Operating System and version of MS Office? The first thing I would check is the Role, to make sure the user has access to that company, and whether you are using ODBC Security. Have you tried Google? I ask because I just did and found a great post by Wayne "The MAS 90 Guru" Shulz that suggests you look at this: "MAS was launching in XP Compatibility mode. Once disabled, error went away. MAS 200 4.3 on same server (2008 R2) works fine in compatibility mode. Appears that only 4.5 (all PU’s) has this issue."
