Hi Kent, The Maintain relationship check-box is usually disabled when history exists for this record in Sage 100. History means for example invoices, credit memos, cash receipts etc. I have also seen situations where the check-box is disabled when the record is incompletely related between Sage CRM and Sage 100, which would cause Sage 100 information would be incomplete in the Sage CRM SQL table, for example the customer number and salesperson number displays in SQL but the AR division number does not.
