Dan: That's exactly what another customer experienced: First or initial tasks accessed (like Vendor or Customer Maintenance or Invoice Data Entry, etc.) takes a long time to load. Other tasks are quick to load. Turning off participation in the Sage Performance Enhancement Program (see the link provided earlier) worked for them. Although I believe Engineering has now resolved the issue with the server handling that program and your users may be working properly now anyway.
