Sage not responding - Temporary time out or slow server connection issue in Sage 100 ERP has been resolved. Sage was able to restore service early this morning and are taking steps to prevent this issue from occurring in the future. If you have any customers experiencing residual problems, please have them contact Sage technical support. We experienced communication issues between the Sage 100 ERP application and our PEP data servers that negatively impacted some of our customers. This included application time-outs for some users, and temporary slowness for some others. Additional information will be provided in the next couple of days on this issue and what changes we are making going forward to prevent it from ever happening again. Our goal is to ensure that our customers and partners have confidence in this important tool, which provides valuable information to help Sage prioritize future product improvements for our customers.
