Forum Post: Anyone know how to consolidate sub accounts into main accounts on the balance sheet

We run and operate 10 convenience stores and for the balance sheet we have sub accounts of each stores inventory by item.  Each one has a main account and then each store has a department. I have been unable to figure out how to consolidate for example diesel fuel inventory for 10 stores....so it prints it for each store....we would like to have it print only the main account diesel fuel as a total for all stores.  We do not want the balance sheet to be 18+ pages long. Please help...we previously used Sage Business Works and have just converted to Sage 100 ERP. Thanks.
