We have a customer who upgraded to v2014 (from v4.5) yesterday. (This customer uses Integrated security, which makes it difficult to troubleshoot... Sage 100 ERP Advanced service is running on a different Win 2012 machine at the same physical location as the terminal server, Spawn Task from server = Y, tested as N, customer is not using CS ODBC option...). User's connect to a terminal server (Win 2008 R2) and open the Sage client from there. All is working well, except one user is unable to print nor preview any reports. Even basic reports (like the LM - Company Listing) fail with false errors "This field name is not known". Other users can run reports fine, and we tried resetting this person's profile on the Terminal Server, but the errors persist. Any suggestions? I'm going to open a case with Sage as soon as I have the time for the phone call, but hoping a shout out here might prompt a solution. (As an aside, does anyone know how to get the login prompt when using integrated login)?
