Going forward the step of creating a new port for the Paperless Office printer should not be needed. Version 2013 PU8 and Version 2014 PU4 have a more current Amyuni driver that will resolve the issue. IMPORTANT: If you are using Sage 100 ERP STANDARD you must run the "..\mas90\wksetup\WKSUPDATE STANDARD" to receive the new driver on each workstation. Sage 100 ERP Premium and Advanced clients will be updated automatically after the PUs are installed to the server. This 'hanging' is caused because the print spooler will create a temporary file in the windows\system32 directory when printing. When a non admin user tries to print, the print spooler will try to access this temporary file in the windows\system32 directory. However non-admin users do not have access to the windows\system32 directory and this causes the 'hanging' when printing.
