I am having trouble getting the item's serial number to print on my Sage 100 Version 4.5 Sales Order form. The form is customized, but I tried the Standard (non-customized) form with the same result. The distribution with a valid serial number is selected for the line item on my sales order. The Standard form has the LotSerialNo field in a separate details section, and I've duplicated that on my custom form. I've also tried this suggestion from the Knowledgebase: To print Lot/Serial Distributions on Sales Orders: Go to Section Expert, create a new Detail Section and set up this suppression formula: {SO_SalesOrderWrk.LotSerialNo_001} = "" In existing Detail Sections, include the following condition in the suppression formula: {SO_SalesOrderWrk.LotSerialNo_001} "" Exit Section Expert. Add LotSerialNo_001 and LotSerialQuantityOrdered_001 to the new Detail Section. Go to Record Sort Expert, add SO_SalesOrderWrk.SortField to Sort Fields (after SO_SalesOrderWrk.LineSeqNo). The serial number still did not print. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your replies.
