Hi, No, you do not have to go to 32-bit office to use BIE. Sage 100 2014 BIE is compatible w/Office x64. Can you provide details on the issue you are experiencing? What Version of Office is being used? What SP is installed on Sage 100 2014 What OS is the TS? The only issue I am aware of is detailed below. KB 53091 MS Office 2013 64 bit users are now able to export data to Microsoft Access Database (.accdb) from Business Insights Explorer.
