I have two users that when they try to print inventory labels the first users prints to the printer correctly and the second user (same settings, same printer, same configuration on the systems) prints and the 2nd label and the 3rd label are off to the left. Unlike the first user prints correct everytime. I have tried changing the print margins, editing the CR file and nothing. Does anyone have any insight on why it is doing this? and Does anyone know if MAS uses the local rpt file or the server rpt file for printing reports? I am new to MAS so this is a new experience for me as I am the IT Support Specialist.
