Romanemp, Hi, others have already included some helpful advice and you pretty much already have the basics down, but I wanted to suggest that this might be a good opportunity for you to consider upgrading. 4.40 stopped being officially supported as of September 30th, 2014 and adding to that, 4.40 was never officially supported with 2012 either, but 4.50 and higher are. If you're already migrating all that data over to a new server, depending on the amount of third party modifications, it may not be that much more effort to install the newer version and upgrade instead.
