Forum Post: Express Sales Order in RMA Entry Appears to lose track of user when initiated via BOI

Sage 100 ERP version 4.5 I'm using a BOI script to do RMA Entry using data from an external source (website). It works fine but I have encountered a problem using the express Sales order function of the RMA entry form. Our RMA coordinator reviews the information then clicks a button to write the RMA. The script writes the RMA then opens the RMA on his workstation: Set nobj = oScript.NewObject("RA_Return_UI", oSS) rv = nobj.nprocess(OrderNo) Everything seems fine at this point. Now the RMA coordinator clicks the Express Sales order button: The sales order is created, everything seems fine. The RMA coordinator has a custom set of forms to choose from when he prints the sales Order. When the Sales order is created as described here he only sees the STANDARD form. I've tried using his credentials in the script and get the same result. If he logged in manually from his workstation he would see his forms. When he executes the program from his workstation he sees only the STANDARD form. The Sales order shows that it was created by the user whose credentials I used to write the RMA. Is there something else I need to set up in the script? Is this a bug with the BOI? Thanks for any help anyone might offer. Roy P.
