This seems to be a bug in ERP 100. The Table - Pre-Write, Table - Post-Write, and Column - Post Validate events are not triggered when the "Automatic Cost and Price Change" utility updates the StandardUnitPrice. In order to trigger the events and update my UDF, I had to use Visual Integrator to raise all my prices by $0.01. Using VI to implement the price change triggered the events which ran the script updating my UDF.
