Ok, I got it to work. I went to their MAS server (logged in as the domain admin) and installed efiling (it had not been installed previously). Forms got updated. Reports ran. Went back to the T/S. When I launched eFiling, I got prompted to update forms. I did NOT update. Reports ran. I then updated forms and it still works. I can't figure out if it's permissions-related or something else. And I'm not sure this won't happen again down the road. Any input, Sage?
