we are just rolling out our installation of CRM and I'm working through customizing some of the views provided by business insights reporting. (the path i'm using within the CRM browser interface is company find- inquiries tab- history invoice view (which opens a business insights lookup)- [select an invoice]- click the 'package tracking' radio button. what is displayed is the list of tracking numbers associated with that invoice. but, there does not seem to be anything i can do with the info once it's shown. has anyone scripted this info so that it can be passed to a browser for use in tracking a package, or otherwise been able to extract the tracking number field to the pasteboard? right-click copy seems to copy the entire record, which will be clumsy for customer service to make use of while on the phone.
