Not sure if this is relevant but I did a quick search on the current Sage KB: Resolution Verify te source document and the source application are closed when importing. If the error persists; Path to the source file needs to be relative to the server's view for Sage 100 Advanced ERP server The Sage Sage 100 Advanced ERP Application Server is running as a service with a user account that cannot see the file. This is normally caused when the LocalSystem (System) account is used for the host service. To resolve, change the logon for the Sage Sage 100 Advanced ERP Application Server service to a domain account. A domain account must be used because the Application Server opens an ODBC connection when running General Ledger Exchange that executes a UNC path to the ..\Mas90\ folder. By definition, the built-in Windows LocalSystem (System) account cannot execute UNC path or mapped network drives. Notes: If a mapped drive is used for the ODBC path, it must be relative to the server. Test by copying the path into Start / Run at the server. The folder should open in Windows Explorer. There are other places within Sage Sage 100 Advanced ERP where ODBC and UNC connections are opened directly at the server, including General Ledger Exchange.
