Hi Robert. I found that KB article, but this client is running MAS as an app, not service. Regarding the Techinfo from Aatrix, I am now asking another client's IT to use this to see if it resolves a different error: "The installation can not be launched by itself". There is a Sage KB on this error, also, but doesn't describe the way I am trying to install (downloaded the installer from Aatrix/Sagemas.
