We recently upgraded a client to Sage 2014. They print their 11 x 8 1/2 invoices to a dot matrix printer. After hours of work, we have the invoice printing correctly from their main office and the terminal services users when printing unposted invoices. However, the TS users are having an issue when printing an invoice from history. We go to Invoice History Inquiry, select an invoice and click the print icon. The correct form code defaults. We change the printer to the correct redirected printer (same printer as used when printing from a Quick Print in Invoice Data Entry). When we click Print, the printer form feeds the form and prints nothing. I don't understand why it would be different when printing from history. Does anyone have any suggestions?
