Hi, First timer here, running Ver 5.0 and since we upgraded from v4.4 we have most users that have lost the ability to export a sales or purchase order to Outlook via the quick print procedure exporting and attaching the document as a pdf in Outlook. What I've discovered is that we can use this function as long as Outlook is not currently open on the users computer. In the case that Outlook is open no error message is displayed but a new email window with the attachment is never opened thus not allowing the email to be sent. I've gone through the routine to ensure that all the systems have the same versions of client workstation, Outlook, Adobe etc, but I can't seem to figure this one out. Anyone have any ideas?
