The integration engine is used to exchange data between Sage 100 and Sage CRM. If you are not using Sage CRM no data exchange is taking place so you shouldn't be seeing this message. Do you have the Customer Relationship Management Module installed in Sage 100? Are there entries in the CRM Module's Server or Company Options? Do any of the CU_* tables contain data? Particularly the CU_CRMServerOptions.M4T or CU_MasCompany.M4T? What is the user doing at the time this message is displayed? Updating an order, entering a customer record, etc. Do any of the records in Sage 100 (Customer, Contact, Order/Quote) have a relationship to CRM?
