Comment on Find it quickly on the new Sage Knowledgebase

I am *extremely* frustrated by the lack of information on the new support site. It doesn't seem to matter whether I enter a specific numbered error message, or a single word from a message box, or a short sentence about the topic I want to know about. Nothing comes up. Since the old site went down, my calls to Sage support have increased by...well...I don't really know how to calculate that. I check the new knowledgebase first, and then call support, EVERY time.
