Hi hyanaga.  Thanks for the reply.  I did try what you suggested, but when I go into payroll data entry, and select the job, it still shows ALL cost codes, no matter what I pick for Active Cost Code Based on.  I had someone else try it and they got the same results.  Do you know what else we need to do to get the costs codes to limit in Payroll Data Entry?
