Do you use Exchange server? I had something similar with sales order invoices (only) recently with a client. Client was sending an e-mail to the client and a copy back to themselves. The odd thing was that the copy coming back to themselves would have a different e-mail address than the e-mails sent to the client. Neither of the e-mail addresses showing on the actual e-mail addresses were specified anywhere ins Sage 100!?? They were using an Exchange Server so my assumption is that some setting in the exchange server was doing. Client's IT people finally figured it out and corrected it but unfortunately did not share with me what they did. If I find out, I will let you know.
