Sage 100 Std v4.5 just upgraded to Sage 100 Adv v2013 or v5 depending on what you feel like calling it. Had linked the CI_ExtendedDesc table to the work table in Purchase Order form (Crystal Reports) so that we could avoid having to Check the checkbox on the quick print printing dialog. Then upgraded, the form took 20 seconds to load with data because of this link, and electronic delivery would time out before it loaded. So, removed link, form loads instantly, and the ONLY way to bring in the extended descriptions to the work table is to check the checkbox. I have looked in customizer to change the panel to default the box to checked, but that is not available. The panel currently defaults to un-checked every time. Is anyone aware of how to do either default the checkbox to checked, or to carry the extended descriptions to the work tables regardless of the status of that checkbox (I have added CI_ExtDesc Text as a UDF to the work table, it will only populate if the checkbox is checked) Thanks.
