I am trying to add a custom panel onto the customer memo inquiry and maintenance screens so I can see both the create date and the auto display field (to quickly distinguish old notes from current notes). Currently in maintenance I only see the memo code, description, created in, and attachment columns. There are no options to sort/search either. When I right click on the customer memo maintenance screen, there is no panel settings option. At the inquiry screen, I do see the create date but not the auto display field. When I right click here, panel settings only offers the option to reset the panel. If a custom panel is not an option (as I suspect is the case), is there anyway to add the fields I want to both screens? ~Catherine
