You are referring to the Memo Selection window that pops up when you click the memo button in a customer record.  That screen is the same in customer maintenance and customer inquiry.  On which inquriy screen do you see create date but not auto display? Unfortunately, all memo screens are in Library Master which is a module that Customizer does not allow customization.
