I am looking for some help in regards to tracking detailed processes per order. We currently use Sage Mas 100 with Job Ops - Job Ops offers us much trackability to each order and each step with the exception of test tracking. Numerous componet parts or parent level bills requirer a multitude of NDE Testing such as RT Testing UT Testing LP Testing PMI Testing Hardness Testing Each componet and or each parent item could requirer one or all of the above plus many more. My goal is to figure out a way to identify what part needs what testing and then to track what has been completed. My first thought was to add a tab in Sales order Entry titled NDE testing and have a multitude of UDF's to accomodate this however I feel that this may become a burden and not be properly tracked for details. This would however allows us the ability to design custom look ups to track these details. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
