Hello TomTarget, Thank you for your reply! All the client computers have Symantec Endpoint Protection (cloud version) with firewall. Because of this Windows Firewall is disabled. All of them have identical settings on the Symantec's firewall, but only one PC has this problem... The DNS addresses are distributed by DHCP, and all the computers get the same information. I looked at the workstation's event logs when the problem occurred, but there was no entry related to Sage... I reinstalled the client software with "Run as Administrator", but the problem persists.
