Many years ago in a predecessor to the Sage City forum, some wise ("sage" ) individual made a comment to the effect ... "Remember that this forum is a hand UP not a hand OUT." People who volunteer advice here are happy to offer some free advice that can help you out, but never expect them to invest huge amounts of time to solve your problem. They have jobs too. If they do invest a large amount of time (or even if it's just a little time), do remember to thank them for it, but don't be offended if they think you would be better served by talking with your Sage partner. Sometimes a face to face is a much better way to get things resolved. Personally, I give a lot and I get a lot. This forum is a great educational resource and I enjoy seeing what other are having issues with and increasing my knowledge. And along the way I don't mind helping out some too.
