Hi Maureenil, I'm sorry to hear that you're having troubles with our kb. You are correct; there is a defect in the advanced search filter on the home page where it seems the selected product is being dropped during the search, and once you land on the results page, the filter is gone and therefore not being applied. We have a fix release coming tomorrow night and I will do everything I can to get this corrected in that release. In the meantime, I've been able to verify that if you conduct your search from the product page (eg. after clicking Sage 100 ERP in the list of products on the home page), the filter remains intact when you search from there. Temporary relief, I know... but it should help with your frustration until we get this one fixed. Perhaps this will help swing your "love / hate" relationship with the knowledgebase closer to the "love" side again? :) Cheers, Steve.
