Hi: A weird one today: Trying to enter an existing customer's number into a new sales order results in a "Is This A New Customer?" dialogue box. But after clicking "No" the dialogue box closes, the Customer No. field remains blank, but the correct customer's name appears on the sales order as it normally would. The system is still waiting for a customer number though, and won't progress with the sales order. There's no problem accessing the customer through Customer Maintenance or looking at the customer's item sales history through Item Inquiry. I've tried deleting and starting a new sales order, starting a sales order with a different customer number and then trying to swap in the problem one, and I've rebuilt the SO and AR sort files, but no effect. As far as I can tell, this is only affecting one customer. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks much! -Matt
