There are a few ways to do this. A simple way is just add another field to your data set, assign a value to it if the STEP_NUMBER is null. Map that to BLANKS. Sage was giving you a bit of a hint by including this. This will identify the header for you, then in the Records tab identify the Header Record by making it equal to that value. Make the Step Detail =0 and you should be set. You could also use the blank field as a calculated field to the same effect.
