Can this be done? I'm trying to import customer to be merged, but I'm getting failed records for the NEW customer # field. The message is "customer already exists." Of course it exists because this is the customer # to be retained after the merge. My import job is using an incremental assign for the line #. I'm importing the starting and ending division & customer fields and the ending division & customer fields. What am I missing?
