Description: In Sage ERP100 the Visual Process Flows displays a blank screen Cause: Adobe Flash Player was updated to version 18.0.0.209, either through Windows Update or an automatic update from Adobe. (Depending on the operating system) The Visual Process Flow uses Windows Internet Explorer brower. Resolution : Need to restore Adobe Flash Player to an earlier version. This was not tested on all versions of Adobe, the Visual Process Flow was working on some workstations so we restored back to Adobe Flash Player back to 15.0.0.239 Steps to uninstall 18.0.0.209 for Windows 7 Operating System and install 15.0.0.239 (For any other operating system refer to Sage 300 ID 66159) Download Uninstall Flash Player from the following link. https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html . This link will also give you the current version installed on the computer. Note: Google Chrome will always display the current version of Flash Player. Use Microsoft Explorer to check the Adobe Flash Player version on your Computer.Obtain the uninstaller from the above html address. Before running the uninstaller make sure you exit all programs that use the Flash. The uninstaller does not work if any program that uses Adobe Flash is running. Choose Startà Run and type C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash and remove any files or folders. Choose Run again and this time delete all files and folders from C:\Windows\sysWOW64\Macromed\Flash. Restart the computer. Download an older version of Adobe Flash Player from https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html . I used 15.0.0.209. During installation make sure you disable the automatic updates. To make sure the correct version of Adobe Flash Player is installed you can go back to https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html . Have the user go into Sage 100 and run one of the Visual Process Flows.
