Forum Post: Data is not selected for report printing, only for item created by one particular user

I have one user that will create SO invoice batch and enter manual invoices (Credit memos). When the entry process is complete she will choose SO invoice printing and attempt to print the batch. No matter what options are selected during the print screen setup the "Data is not selected for report printing" error is returned. This only occurs when one user creates the batches and invoices. Other users cannot print this batch either. As a note, this is a new thing. Everything was fine until about three weeks ago. Her permissions haven't changed, we've rolled back AV updates and Windows updates. I've even issued her a new user account and the issue remains. I am hope someone can offer up some insight.
