I remember back when I was in Sage Support we would get calls now and then about default reports. I just looked in the KnowledgeBase and found this article: Unable to make Report Setting created by another user as Default Report Setting Resolution Each Sage 100 ERP User has to create their own Custom Report and make it your default report. Not much of a resolution but at least they acknowledge that there could be a problem with this feature. I suppose another workaround would be to swap out the Standard report with your customized one. You would want to click the Designer button for the Standard report first so you make a report specific to this company. You might also look at SY_ReportManagerFormat and SY_ReportOption to make sure they have the appropriate lines for your report.
