I found the following issue, which is identical to what I am encountering on a client's upgrade to v2013 from 4.50. I have updated permissions to all of the folders and excluded the folders from being scanned by the anti-virus (AntiMalwarebytes in this case. I have not found a solution to the problem. Has anyone found a solution? I'm banging my head at this point... I have a user that got hit with some malware. We used malwarebytes to remove the infection but since then mas has an error when closing out. it says "cannot create file \\that path to user profile\\\ MNUCBTN.TXT
