Hi all, I added two UDF's to im_itemwarehouse and "attempted" to add them to the Quantity Recap screen. Well, they don't show up and even if I use NOMADS and setup the object with UDF_udfname, it fails with IOList error. My guess is since the Quantity Recap is rendered from a query that there is no way. I was really hoping that I could chose the item and warehouse and then have a checkbox and alias information be entered so I can say these parts are planned. Sure the easy way would be add the UDF to the header master but the planning is part AND warehouse specific. Any ideas? I could add a separate table but I KNOW I would not be able to get the users to select their part (can drop down from item master so they don't have to type it) and enter everything I need. I am just trying to get everything in MAS so I can pull the qty information (send them a file 3x a week) for the other company that runs our demand. It is nearly impossible to have Access connect via VPN but that is what I am currently using to pull the qty from item_warehouse. I was thinking that a scheduled Sage Intelligence could just dump out the data and this could be sent along via the email they need. I also do not want to be the one to maintain which parts are on planning as that is the parts manager's job and it is cumbersome enough for them to email our parts planner and then remember that I need the information too.
