Forum Post: Sage Partner Portal status

Can we get an update on the status of the Portal?  Someone posted yesterday in another forum that "Tech support said they're working on it"... but we are having difficulty contacting Portal support by phone (and no response to my email yesterday). Error message (when trying to access https://support.na.sage.com/selfservice/ ): " The entered account does not have access to this website. " (Page title: "Consona: Access Forbidden") (And yes, I am successfully logged on to https://partners.sagenorthamerica.com/ when I get this message). My current wish list: Sage KB  (I installed / migrated a customer server yesterday and couldn't look up a nagging error message, wasting over an hour). Product download pages (updates / new... fortunately I had the install files I needed, and could use Advisor to get the latest Product Update... I have no idea if there are any smaller issue patches available). Thanks in advance.
