We did an upgrade from Mas90 to Mas100 and almost all has been successful. When we attempt to upgrade/update/change the check forms we receive the error stating "Crystal Reports Designer Version 2011 could not be located on this workstation. You must install Crystal Reports Version 2011 before modifying forms.." However, Crystal Reports X1 R2 is installed and registered. I cannot get in touch with my reseller, and we are at a dead stop until we can get this resolved. Any help would be appreciated.
