We've run into an issue today where the Receipt of Invoice Register printout is not matching the Daily Purchases Journal print out. Looking at the reports side by side it is clear the Daily Purchases Journal is doubling up several of the invoiced lines. The doubles will have the same invoice number, receipt number, etc. I checked the POs in question and all appears to be good there. I plan to copy the company tomorrow and proceed with invoicing to see if it is just the report that is doubling lines or if it is actually going to post the wrong total invoiced dollars. Anyone else run into this? We are up to the latest version I believe.
