Hi, MAS ver 4.4 Clients: About 10 users (all on Win 7) Server: Win 2008 R2, 16GB RAM, Quad proc. I've noticed that our installation of MAS slows down significantly after it has been running for a while. By this I mean that normally it may take about 20 secs for MAS to open and, say, 7 secs for opening the Vendor Inquiry. Sometimes opening MAS may take 36 secs or more and o pening the Vendor Inquiry may take as much as ~33 secs . I've checked Resolution ID 415534 where there are suggestions for what to exclude (folders and extensions) from Symantec Endpoint Protection. The only way I've found to "fix" the performance issues when they happen is by rebooting the server. There's no indication that the server's resources are being taxed when the issue is happening. This feels almost like a memory (or resource) leak somewhere. Has anyone else had an issue like this one and what did you do about it? What's your average load time for MAS and other screens?
