Is there any way to track how long a user might be inactive -- that is, how long they sat on the launcher window without doing anything else? We have many users with access to Sage, but only half of them are daily ACTIVE users. We suspect some users are logging in to hold their 'spot' so they don't have a problem logging in when they do need to use the system. We tried implementing the auto logoff after so many minutes, but it ends up kicking legitimate users out that might have been in a particular module doing something. Would be great if we could have auto logoff after so many minutes, but only when they are on the launcher screen and nothing else is open. Any thoughts/ideas other than maybe a script to do this?
